Sources has it that Silverbird decided to shelf this year’s pageant to enable them concentrate on their 30th anniversary taking place next year. Another source claimed that the recession caused sponsors not to participate in this year’s pageant.
Following the cancellation, current MBGN 2015 Unoaku Anyadike will reign for two years.
